Session Description
A beautiful way to close a Monday evening. Settle in to a 45 minute guided journaling, reflection and meditation evening giving you the time and space to relax, reflect and reset your mind, body and soul. These drop in sessions will focus on a different theme each week. You can attend every session to build a strong meditation practice, or drop in when you can to give yourself some time and space to recalibrate and refocus or just simply have some 'me time'.

As I am a small business, I do not offer refunds once the booking has been made. However, you are more than welcome to reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before the class starts as I completely understand that sometimes we need that flexibility.
